Velar is not a bank, brokerage firm, investment fund, or any entity authorized by the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) under Mexico's Ley de Instituciones de Crédito (LIC) or Ley del Mercado de Valores (LMV). Velar does not hold, manage, or intermediate client funds.
Velar provides strategic advisory, financial structuring, and transaction support services. All deliverables — analyses, opinions, memoranda, valuations, and recommendations — represent professional advisory judgment. They do not constitute binding financial advice, investment management, or portfolio administration.
Nothing published on this website constitutes a public offering of securities under the LMV, nor an offer to receive funds from the general public under Article 103 of the LIC. Velar does not accept deposits, issue instruments of indebtedness to the public, or conduct any activity reserved by law to authorized financial institutions.
Advisory services involve judgment under uncertainty. Velar does not guarantee any financial outcome, transaction closing, valuation result, regulatory approval, or counterparty decision. Past results described in any case study do not guarantee future performance.
Velar's liability for any claim arising from its advisory services is limited to the total fees actually received by Velar under the applicable engagement. Velar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
These disclosures are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, México.
